1. Doorstep Inspection Right
Patients have the explicit right to examine the outer parcel flyer and verify the integrity of our security seal before handing cash over to the courier representative.
If the outer carton shows visible tampering or severe physical crushing, you may decline acceptance and alert our WhatsApp helpline immediately at 0371-2280704.
2. Transit Damage & Free Replacement Protocol
Although all liquid distillates (*Arqiyaat*), syrups, and herbal pastes (*Majun*) are enclosed in leak-proof pharmaceutical containers with bubble lining, rough courier handling can occasionally occur.
- Take a clear photo or short video clip of the broken bottle or compromised seal.
- Send the image via WhatsApp to 0371-2280704 with your order name/city.
- Our dispensary will dispatch an immediate replacement course at zero additional cost.
3. 7-Day Exchange & Clinical Adjustment Guarantee
Unopened, Sealed Herbal Packs: May be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unopened with intact seals. Return courier charges to our Quaidabad dispensary apply.
